- You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized use.

- Use HelloAuto.ai for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit platform code.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access.
- Transmit viruses, spam, or malicious content.
4. License & Access
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HelloAuto.ai only for your business or personal needs. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
- Free and paid plans are available; pricing and features are posted on the site.
- Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard; access will continue until the end of the billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, code, logos, and trademarks are owned by HelloAuto.ai or its licensors.
- You may not use or reproduce trademarks or brand assets without written consent.
- Generated workflows and your data remain yours, but you grant HelloAuto.ai a license to process them for service delivery.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Your use of integrations (e.g., Gmail, Google Sheets) is subject to those providers’ terms. HelloAuto.ai is not responsible for actions of third-party services.
8. Data Privacy
Your data and privacy are protected per our Privacy Policy. You have rights regarding your data (see Privacy Policy for details).
9. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive for >99.5% uptime but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may update, improve, or discontinue functionality at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.
10. Termination
- HelloAuto.ai may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for legal/regulatory reasons.
- You may terminate your account at any time.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period, except as required for compliance.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranty is given that HelloAuto.ai will meet your requirements, be error-free or secure. HelloAuto.ai disclaims all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloAuto.ai and its officers, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages (loss of business, revenue, data, etc.). Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to HelloAuto.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify HelloAuto.ai (and its affiliates) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
